Stained Glass WIP

A friend of mine recently fulfilled a promise to draw me a sketch for one of my 3D scenes, that would eventually be a stained glass window texture. They did the sketch for me, and I started transforming it into stained glass. Something I’ve never really done before, so the process is a bit labor intensive as I discover new ways of Photoshopping.
Felix has been hounding me to put anything up, too.
I’m posting the original first, ©2008 Ying Xu, used with permission. The second is a half-res of my work so far.
