The Dress Had Polka-Dots

Hanging on the wall at a friend’s house. I decided it would take me twice as long if I tried to put the polka-dots in.
A woman across from me on the bus. She noticed me drawing her, but was a willing model even so.
Bystanders as I waited for the bus.
119.5/1000 (Ink + digital color for the dress)

Polka dots are easy! Then again, maybe I’m just good at repetitive patterns. Certainly if it had been my drawing, there would be polka dots present but the neat shading and… weight it has as a result would be lacking. That’s something you consistently do well – making things seem substantial when they’re freestanding.
The people-sketching is pretty cool too. 😉
